Texas ProStart partnered with Aume Media to capture and produce a high-energy event film for the 2023 Texas ProStart Invitational—bringing together top high school culinary and restaurant management students from across the state.
 

The objective was to create a cinematic, fast-paced piece that reflects the scale, intensity, and real-world stakes of the competition—highlighting its mission to develop talent, elevate opportunity, and prepare the next generation of leaders in the culinary and hospitality industry. The result is a dynamic, story-driven film designed to amplify the program’s impact, attract future participants, and extend its reach beyond the competition floor.
